In Memory of Professor Zhou Xiuzhong 周秀中 (1924-2023)

 

 

Professor Zhou (1924-2023) has made many great contributions to organic chemistry and China's silicon industry. An absolutely outstanding teacher, mentor, advisor, friend, and above all, a genuinely great human being. He will be missed by all his students over a 70 yrs career! Shown above is a tiny, tiny piece of his early works to demonstrate his insight in Si-N bond stability.
